How long should I burn my candle for?

If it is the first time of burning, allow around 4 hours to make sure that that the surface of the wax has evenly melted to the rim of the glass or the tin. This will ensure a perfect burn when you next light it.

How do I look after my Cotswold candle?

Keep your candle out of direct sunlight, away from radiators or heat and make sure that it is not in a draft when lit. Always remember to trim the wick to 5mm before burning. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

How long does a home candle burn for?

Our home candles burn for around 40 hours – follow the above guidelines and it could burn longer!

How long does a travel candle burn for?

Our travel candles are only 40g less wax than our home candles, so the burn time is 30+ hours.

How long does a reed diffuser last?

Our reed diffusers last for 4 – 6 months depending on where you place it. We recommend that you keep it out of direct sunlight and away from a radiator, to avoid the reeds drying up.

How long does an order take to arrive?

We will despatch your order as soon as the payment has cleared which is usually the same day.

Will you post a gift if I order from your website?

Yes, just make sure that you fill in the recipients address in the ‘delivery address’ fields and we will make sure it is sent to the correct address.

We have several stockists – get in touch and we can advise you of your local retailer who stocks our products.

What on-line payment options do you have?

Payment on-line can be made by Visa, Switch or MasterCard and is processed via our 3D secure Realex gateway.

Yes, we ensure our customers that we will not pass on an of your details to a third party. Only you know your password and we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to ensure customer details are stored safely and securely.
