The personal information you have saved in your account is kept securely and therefore any details we have from you will not be sold or disclosed to a third party.

  •  We do not share or sell or personal details with any outside organisation or third party.We do not give access to your personal details to anyone outside of the company.

    Any information given to us is used only for the specific purposes, if you are setting up an account or buying products.

    We will only call or email you if we have a question about your order.

    If the order is a gift, we will instead enclose a packing slip which also indicates the name and address of the purchaser but does not list product prices.

    If we or our card processor Global Iris suspect card fraud, we may contact the holder of a credit card used on an order at the billing address or telephone numbers supplied, or at those supplied by the credit card holder’s bank, to verify that the order is legitimate.

    Customer records are kept confidential, and are not shared with any other outside party except as required by law, or to resolve billing and credit card disputes.

    All orders are shipped with a receipt which includes the name and address of the purchaser.

    We keep records of orders for office purposes, including customer addresses and payment information, which excludes card details. This is purely for our records in case of resolution of disputes.

    We do not keep physical paperwork containing customer names, addresses or any other information.

We only use the information you have given us for processing your order or for contacting you again if we need to.
